Sofidel Tissue is a leading provider in the tissue paper industry, known for innovation, sustainability, and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Sales Analyst to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
The Market Sales Analyst will play a key role in analyzing market trends, sales data, and retailer performance to support strategic decision-making within the retail sales function. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail market analysis and a strong working knowledge of tools such as Circana and Walmart Luminate.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collect data from various sources including Circana, IRI, Nielsen, internal sales reports, and market research
- Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Identify opportunities for new markets, pricing strategies, and product offerings
- Generate sales forecasts and projections to support planning
- Create reports and dashboards highlighting sales performance and market trends
- Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
- Support the development of data-driven sales strategies and business plans
- Track sales against goals and recommend performance improvements
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in retail market analysis
- Proficient in using Circana, IRI, or Nielsen data platforms
- Familiarity with nonfood retail market dynamics
- Exposure to Walmart Luminate and other major retailer platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments
