This in-office role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position offers the chance to join a rapidly growing Sales team with opportunities to learn and advance into larger roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, including meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic planning
- Process product sample requests and manage related logistics
- Organize and maintain sales documentation, including contracts
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate, timely information
- Monitor and track sales materials and inventory
- Support sales team alignment with business goals and timelines
- Assist in the creation of impactful sales presentations
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related administrative role
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
