Are you ready to roll with a global leader in paper manufacturing? Sofidel America is expanding our team in Las Vegas and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on NEW PACKING Machine Operators who are ready to grow with us!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate and monitor machines to produce high-quality paper products
Set up and adjust machine settings for peak performance
Use hoists and pallet jacks to load large paper rolls
Run computer panels to manage production data
Conduct product quality checks to ensure excellence
Assist in packaging operations as needed
Maintain machines to prevent downtime
Communicate updates during shift changes
Act quickly and stay agile—you’ll need to swiftly remove any fast-moving, damaged paper to prevent jams and ensure it gets properly recycled
Shift Schedule:
This is a rotating shift position:
2 weeks of nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
2 weeks of days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You Need:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous machine or warehouse experience is a plus
Quick reflexes, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-speed environment
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hot environment with proper PPE and hydration support
