Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square is seeking a service-minded ambassador for the Bell/Door person position.
Candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests in a luxury environment, escorting the guest to their room as needed, introducing the guest to the amenities of their room and any other requests as needed. Candidate will also assist guests with their luggage and all service requests during their stay. Qualified candidate will be articulate, detail-oriented, organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
Minimum 1-year experience in similar position or hotel luxury environment. Must have a flexible schedule.
