As an MCSA Coach, you will have the exciting opportunity to help deliver Manchester City's methodology and philosophy through our youth programs at our state-of-the-art soccer centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the City Football Group coaching philosophy, methodology, and principles are incorporated into the delivery of the program.
- Support the Academy Director and lead staff pre, during, and post delivery, attending meetings and training sessions as required.
- Deliver the coaching program in a professional manner, providing session plans for each week and following the 10-week curriculum.
- Work both individually and collectively as part of a team to ensure the project is delivered to the required levels and expectations.
- Enrollment in the Manchester City coach development program
- Full coaching kit and resources provided
- Access to the Manchester City Play coaching curriculum
- Ongoing support and training for coaching development
