This role requires a highly motivated and kid-centric individual who is passionate about coaching and committed to delivering high-quality results. Key responsibilities include ensuring that all City Football Group coaching philosophy, methodology, and principles are incorporated into the delivery of the program, supporting the Academy Director and lead staff pre, during, and post delivery, and delivering the coaching program in a professional manner.
