SOFT's client located in East Rutherford, NJ is looking for a Video Surveillance Monitoring Analyst for a long term contract assignment.
Constant monitoring ( video ) of cash processing operations, watching for procedures, reporting violations, prepare findings in pre-existing forms. Excel is used for reporting and general PC skills are necessary.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Operational Compliance Checks
o Reviewing operations to ensure adherence to internal policies and requirements.
- Real-time monitoring
o Ensure teams and departments follow established protocols.
o Follow up on flagged issues, to identify root cause.
- Incident documentation & internal communications.

o Conducting internal compliance reviews.
