The Role
We’re looking for a Team Leader who thrives in a well-organized, aesthetically pleasing environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Oversee daily operations and keep shifts running smoothly
- Assign and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to maintain service and quality standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide clear, supportive feedback
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Uphold our commitment to quality, both in product and presentation
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with restocking as needed
- Communicate with management about operational needs, staff performance, and customer feedback
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a food service establishment (quick service or ice cream experience a plus!)
- A strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- A natural leader who enjoys working with people and keeping a team on task
- A passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment
- An appreciation for aesthetics and maintaining an organized space
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
