Scope of Work : Technical Leadership
Provide visionary technical guidance and leadership for the architecture and design of the solution.
Solution Design and Architecture
Design scalable, robust, and secure architectures for the solution.
Develop architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices to guide development activities.
Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps and project plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural components.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BE in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems or Master's degree.
Minimum 9 years of experience
Technical Expertise : A strong background in software development is essential, typically with at least 9 years of experience in software development roles. The technical lead should have expertise in Full stack development, using Python for backend development, and hands-on experience designing and developing complex software systems. Experience with Azure Cloud is required
Project Management They should have a good understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and be able to effectively plan, track, and manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : The technical lead should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills. They should be able to analyze complex technical challenges, identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions. Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for a technical lead. They should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product owners, designers, and testers.
