Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Design:
- Develop and implement project plans, designs, and specifications for various construction projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and utilities.
- Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
- Construction Supervision:
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including subcontractors and vendors.
- Perform inspections and quality control checks to ensure project quality.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, including OSHA standards and Site Specific Requirements.
- Implement and maintain a robust site safety program.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the project.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates.
