Job Tasks and Activities :
- Develop visually appealing, intuitive, user friendly, and insightful Qlik Sense dashboards and reports.
- Advise program areas on which visualizations and analyses would best help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with data engineers and others to gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Use statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies, and extract meaningful insights.
- Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to more complex statistical analysis.
- Work collaboratively with program areas to identify KPIs and develop metrics to track and measure progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with data engineers and others to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Monitor data quality to identify data issues and propose data cleansing or enhancement solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, scientists, and others to understand data needs, address technical challenges, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization. Provide overall direction, guidance and definition of the enterprise's architecture to effectively support the agency's business strategy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members and colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence in D&A practices.
