SALARY RANGE: $120K-$145K

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of an Automated Tester for one of our clients.  The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting statprogress.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for developing Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Analysis Reports.
• Responsible for architecting, designing, and developing automated test scripts.
• Responsible for test planning, test documentation development, test execution, defects tracking, and test results reporting.
• Conduct different kinds of testing (manual, automated, functional, regression, performance).
• Escalate risks and issues related to test.
• Responsible for providing guidance to accomplish the goals and objectives of the test strategy for the program.
• Work with product functionals and develop test automations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree required with 4 years or more of applicable experience.
• Experience in application requirements, design, and testing required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with agile software delivery lifecycles, with particular emphasis on requirements analysis, design, and testing experience.
• UiPath Studio experience and experience with Pega, PeopleSoft, or web application testing preferred.
• Experience with UiPath Studio process or test automation development.
• Experience with UiPath Test Suite.
• Experience with Test Automation Framework.
• Experience with Automated Testing.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Testing.
• Experience with Web Testing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.
