Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Class Action Post-Settlement Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the post-settlement phase of class action lawsuits, ensuring compliance with settlement agreements, and effectively communicating with class members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Settlement Administration: Oversee the implementation of class action settlement agreements, including coordinating with settlement administrators and ensuring adherence to all terms and conditions.
• Class Member Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for class members, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to the settlement process.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements during the post-settlement phase and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Document Management: Maintain organized records of all settlement-related documents, correspondence, and communications.
• Dispute Resolution: Handle any disputes or challenges that arise during the settlement process, working towards fair and efficient resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in class action litigation, with a focus on post-settlement administration.
• Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
