Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal – Real Estate Law
Location: On-site | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $66,000 – $79,000 per year
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically within real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and proven leadership capabilities, with a passion for real estate matters such as probate, evictions, trusts, wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, partition, and quiet title actions. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex real estate litigation matters
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, motions, and pleadings
Assist attorneys with case preparation, trial preparation, and the discovery process
Attend and support real estate transactions, including closings
Manage and maintain organized case files and ensure timely updates
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, and external parties
Oversee and contribute to high-performing paralegal teams
Utilize legal software for document management, calendaring, and billing
Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are tracked and met efficiently
Support attorneys with administrative and substantive legal tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in real estate law
Demonstrated knowledge of legal procedures in probate, foreclosure, trusts, evictions, contracts, and other real estate issues
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
Excellent legal research and writing capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment
Must be available to work full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday
