Role : Telecom Application Support / Provisioning LEAD Consultant
Work Location & Reporting Address* Denver CO-80202 Talent should be at Denver(CO); remote location working is not allowed.
Responsible for leading the efforts in the triage/resolution of order fallouts and identification of root cause while maintaining system integrity and operations of the existing provisioning systems, deployment of new products, and assisting with projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Fallout assignments are assigned to the team and completed within SLA
· Track fallout assignments and adherence to completion by offshore team members
· Lead the efforts in the identification of issues to include tracking and development of solutions to automate repeated process/steps/tasks
· Lead the root cause analysis process for any new issues/ticket patterns identified by the team
· Lead the efforts in identifying resolution steps for individual errors
· Act as the liaison between onshore and offshore resources to ensure practical and technical knowledge is passed throughout the team
Skills :
Established knowledge in using ticketing and software tools such as: BMC Remedy, Incident Portal, Jira, Cherwell etc.
· Experience operating as a lead resource to an offshore team of at least 5 other members
· Experience in using/writing queries/dashboards in Splunk
· Experience in Telecom industry, specific to provisioning flow for HSD, Voice, Video line of business
· Established knowledge and experience in writing queries against databases – preferably SQL, Hadoop, DocumentDB (AWS)
· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization
· Established knowledge of order fulfillment and provisioning flows and systems such as order orchestration, inventory management, and service activation
· Established knowledge and experience using development tools, application frameworks, and testing tools
· Knowledge of REST API and WebAPI
· Experience with diagramming software, such as Visio
