Program Manager (Secret Clearance Required)

Softek International is seeking a Program Manager with 10 years of relevant experience to lead large scale defense projects.

Education/Cert Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) (or equivalent) in relevant area
• project management certification to include Project Management Professional (PMP), PMP-Professional in Business Analysis (PBA), or any of the PMP specializations and 8140 Role
• GSEC, CompTIA Security , SCNP, SSCP, CAP, GSLC, CISM, CISSP
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II or Information Assurance Management (IAM) II 802 - IT Project Manager, 751 - Cyber Workforce Developer and Manager, 732 - Privacy Compliance Manage

Required Competencies:

• Shall possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients.
• Familiarity with Department of Defense security requirements as applied to their subject matter expertise.
• Shall have experience working in an Information Technology environment similar in size (or larger) and scope to this award.
• Strong working knowledge of large, complex Information Technology environments.
• Exceptions may be made for specific individuals with specialized knowledge or skills in certain circumstances at the discretion of the Government.
• Certification in Security.
