Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with tribe leads to analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP modules.
- Customize the system, including writing functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and workflows.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis of business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT testing to ensure IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Create functional specifications and user stories for IT development projects.
- Provide documentation training and support to end-users on the use of the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of working experience, preferably in the financial/ insurance industry with exposure and participation in IT transformation projects.
- Foundational knowledge in financial accounting especially in general ledger and financial reporting standards.
- Good understanding accounting and various finance processes including understanding on COA
- Experience in enterprise resource planning software (e.g. SAP ERP, SAO S/4HANA Finance)
- Experience in business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, SQL)
- Strong project management and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies will be viewed favorable.
