Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner. Provide recommendations and explain menu items, including soft serve ice cream, taiyakis, and boba drinks.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble menu items according to standard recipes, ensuring quality and consistency in every treat. This includes making soft serve ice cream, filling taiyakis, and preparing boba drinks.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments, and give correct change.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the work environment is clean, organized, and sanitized. This includes keeping workstations, equipment, and customer areas neat and tidy.
- Team Collaboration: Work together with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during busy times.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu offerings and new promotions. Help customers make informed choices based on their preferences.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns or issues quickly and professionally to ensure every customer leaves happy.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing food and drinks.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Interest in learning about the products, and a desire to contribute to an exciting and fun atmosphere.

Pay: $16.66 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
