With extensive experience, we support our clients in developing efficient turbomachinery quickly and cost-effectively.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Burlington, MA. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining CRM systems, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.


Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the engineering or software industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
