Responsibilities
- Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist members with account inquiries and provide information regarding financial services.
- Promote credit union products and services.
- Maintain cash drawer, ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to security protocols.
- Identify potential fraudulent activities and take appropriate actions to prevent fraud.
- Utilize financial software for transaction processing and record keeping.
- Support loan processing by gathering necessary documentation from members.
- Build and maintain strong member relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Perform basic accounting tasks including debits and credits to ensure accurate account management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial services.
- Proficiency in using financial software and calculators.
- Excellent member relationship management skills with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively understand member needs.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention detection methods to safeguard member assets.
