Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our office facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
- Ensure that all areas are left in a clean and orderly condition at the end of each shift.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
