Description :
The PM will act as the primary liaison between client personnel and third-party development teams, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and project execution. While Campaign Finance & Lobbying will be largely managed by the Division Head for Elections, the PM will provide project management support. The Business Services & Filings project will require the PM's primary focus, as it has the largest scope and complexity.
Some key functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal client teams and third-party vendors.
- Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deadlines.
- Track project progress and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
- Coordinate project status meetings, reports, and documentation.
