We are seeking a talented and experienced AI and Machine Learning Specialist to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms. The AI and Machine Learning Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI/ML technologies to solve complex business problems and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Development: Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in AI and machine learning and apply the latest techniques to practical business problems.
- Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large, complex datasets to extract insights and identify patterns, trends, and relationships that inform model development and business strategies.
- Deployment: Implement and deploy machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Evaluation and Monitoring: Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and monitor models in production to ensure accuracy and effectiveness over time.
- Documentation: Document methodologies, experiments, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C .
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in a specific industry such as healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing is a plus.
