Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. BA with at least 8 years of experience and strong Banking domain experience. This Sr. BA will be working on a team focused on Risk & Compliance.
This Sr. BA needs extensive Risk & Compliance experience.

Strong BA skills in the following areas:
1)Strategy - Gathering Requirements
2)Package - Write User Stories (Candidates need to know how to "Rock Crush") - this means taking a large concept and breaking it down into digestible pieces
3)Traceability - talk and collaborate with technology and business teams, data teams, and testers.
Desired Experience:
• Being able to collaborate with variegated stakeholders.
• Waterfall and Agile framework experience
• Risk and Compliance experience
• Plans, manages, leads and oversees the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the program/project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies.
• Assess, document and validate current state processes, understanding the problem statement and business needs to deliver effective solutions that address business problems and align to strategic business goals.
• Aligns requirements to the target business architecture by identifying the people, process, data and technology program implications.
• Help lead data requirements definition; and facilitates metadata hand over to Business SMEs to support ongoing BAU Data Management
• Provides support and input to the required documentation/deliverables and monitor/assess to mitigate risks, escalate blockers and ensure quality outputs and track progress.
• Ensures end-to-end requirements traceability back to business objectives.
• Responsible for identification of data requirements and quality, working jointly with Data Stewards.
• Provides support maintaining alignment across pods and include the right people in refinement sessions based on their knowledge of the processes for more complex programs.
