This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain AWS environments, integrate automation, and contribute to the company's digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities : AWS Solution Design : Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure cloud solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC). Develop serverless and microservices architectures leveraging AWS tools like API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB. Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and reliability, following AWS Well-Architected Framework principles. Data Architecture & Engineering : Build and maintain data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time data processing frameworks using AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, and Athena. Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with industry best practices. Support the operationalization of AI / ML models in cloud environments. Automation & DevOps : Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, and GitHub Actions. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform or CloudFormation. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure system reliability. Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor AWS environments for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud infrastructure and services. Collaboration & Documentation : Work closely with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement cloud-native solutions. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of cloud architectures, configurations, and processes. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). Experience : 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on AWS solutions. Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud environments. Technical Skills : AWS Expertise : Compute : EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS Storage : S3, EBS, EFS, RDS, DynamoDB Networking : VPC, API Gateway, CloudFront Security : IAM, KMS, Cognito, WAF Data : Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Athena Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CodePipeline. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk. Certifications (Preferred) : AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate / Professional).
