Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Release Admin with a deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps, particularly with Copado. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our Salesforce environments, leveraging best practices in DevOps.
Basic Requirements
This role requires the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.

We have open-collaboration offices in Leesburg, VA, Arlington, VA, and Baltimore, MD for those who may prefer to work on-site. However, Softrams, a Tria Federal Company, is a 100% remote-first team environment and works in the eastern time zone. Standard work hours are 9am ET to 5pm ET with flexibility around start and end times based on team needs.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Release Admin with a deep understanding of Salesforce DevOps, particularly with Copado. As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our Salesforce environments, leveraging best practices in DevOps.
Basic Requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
- Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a salesforce admin, with a strong focus on DevOps.
- Salesforce admin and advanced admin certifications.
- Proven expertise in using Copado or a similar tool for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline setup and management. Copado Fundamentals certifications highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, environment management, and deployment methodologies.
- Proficient in tools related to Salesforce DevOps, including version control, data migration, and metadata management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
- Extensively work with Copado to set up, configure, and manage deployment pipelines for Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the development team daily to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments, merge conflicts, and environment synchronization.
- Lead and guide best practices around Salesforce DevOps, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Leverage Copado to automate repetitive tasks, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort (e.g., Copado Data Deploy, Copado Robotic Testing).
- Regularly review and clean metadata in Salesforce environments.
- Keep track of the latest Salesforce updates and features, ensuring our environment leverages the best and latest functionalities.
- Assist in training and guiding other team members on best practices related to Salesforce deployments.
