What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Accounts Director position at Softrim LLC?
Softrim is a leading technology services provider with Managed IT and Low Voltage offerings. We have offices in Alpharetta GA, Raleigh NC, and Estero FL with a national client base.
Responsibilities:
- Primary and senior liaison for assigned high-profile client(s)
- Communicates the value of Softrim services through reporting, meetings, and QBRs
- Ensures healthy relationships between Softrim and the client’s decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identifies client needs and promotes additional value-add services
- Maintains real-time communication with client's corporate and community contacts during major incidents or outages and follows up on questions and concerns
- Periodic visits to client’s corporate and community locations
- Prepare and deliver Managed Services Agreements and estimates
- Develops client technology roadmaps and budgets with input from engineering, low voltage systems, service desk, and sales
- Contribute technical information for the maintenance of client and network documentation
- Manages projects for the onboarding and offboarding of client sites including planning, coordination with sales, accounting, engineering, specialty systems, and execution departments
- Resource allocation of teams dedicated to assigned clients
- Works with various teams to ensure the delivery of quality, value, and satisfaction
- Coordinates efforts with vendor representatives, clients, and direct sales team
- Generates and analyzes service(s) reports for assigned clients
- Presents performance to leadership
- Responsible for staying informed about and driving all initiatives and opportunities for assigned clients
- Prioritizes client satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Substantial working experience in MSP industry
- Occasional travel to Softrim offices and customer sites (up to 25%)
- Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills are a must
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and respectfully
- Highly motivated and organized with attention to detail
Employment Terms:
Full-time, Exempt, Salary. Eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability) and 401(k) after introductory period. Typical business hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. with a lunch break, Monday thru Friday, excluding company-observed holidays. After-hours work may be required.
