Anaplan Model Builder/Developer
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to design, develop, and implement Anaplan solutions for incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models, dashboards, and integrations.
Maintain and enhance existing Anaplan models for automation and improved user experience.
Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance.
Provide technical support and work with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
Document technical specifications and processes.

Requirements:
5 years of Anaplan experience, with 3 implementations in incentive compensation and revenue models.
Strong expertise in financial processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting).
Proven ability to create integrated, end-to-end solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Anaplan certification is a plus.
