Job Title: Epic Hospital Billing Analyst
Required:
- Active Epic Certification in Hospital Billing
- 2 years of Epic design, build, and implementation experience
- Experience in Epic Patient Billing preferred
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Competent in application systems analysis, workflow design, and testing
- Ability to work onsite 1 week per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned Epic build tasks for new EHR implementation
- Collaborate with internal/external teams for workflow analysis and design
- Support system testing, training, and documentation
- Adhere to project timelines and guidelines for successful go-live readiness
- Provide ongoing support during system upgrades and optimization
Skills Needed:
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations and registration workflows
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
