Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring and medication administration.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proficient in patient care, assessment, and monitoring
- Experience with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Knowledge of catheterization, tube feeding, and medication administration
- Familiarity with care plans and critical care environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
Local LPN - up to $30
Travel LPN - upto $40

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
