- Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- 5 years of experience as a technical specialist on business automation applications using Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex Code, Workflows, Triggers and Community portal.
- 5 years of experience with Data Import and Data Export utilities.
- 3 years of experience developing mobile applications in Salesforce.
- 5 years of experience leading user groups and developing system or business requirements.
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com SOQL and SOSL.
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com security model.
- 2 years of programming experience in .NET or JAVA and Web technologies HTML/HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Web/Restful API, GIS, ETL and SQL.
- 1 year of experience providing knowledge transfer support to client IT staff.
- Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Task Management: Task Accomplishment Plan and Monthly Status Report
- Security Risk and Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct Risk Assessment, Preliminary Vulnerability Scans
- System Security Plan: Information Gathering, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Scanning & Monitoring Requirements, Log Management Plan
- Implement Access control Requirements and Remediation work as directed by Client.
- Configure and Implement Salesforce shield.
- Salesforce Backup and Recovery Procedure: Backup and Recovery Procedure Recommendation, Documentation Update, Software Implementation
- Salesforce Maintenance and Operations Support: Modification and updates to Salesforce applications, Report and Dashboard development, Technical documentation development and updates
- Ongoing Vulnerability Scanning: Identify Scanning Tool Alternatives, Implement Selected Scanning Tool, Conduct Initial Scans and Train Client Resources.
