Acting as the technical point of contact for customers - Liaising between the Indian technical team and the customer technical team - Reporting to the Technical architect on all technical solutions and risks - Conducting POCs to provide technical solutions - Creating technical documentation of design solutions and securing approval from the customer - Developing web and window-based applications using C#.Net, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, Windows Forms, and Oracle - Supporting the development team and resolving technical issues - Having knowledge in .NET 8.0 with respect to Signalr, Messaging, Events, Transactions, third-party integrations, etc. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical bugs / issues - Resolving any system defects - Investigating and developing skills in new development frameworks - Creating technical specifications and test plans - Communicating effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills - Remaining flexible to changes in priorities and able to multi-task - Providing detailed oriented solutions - Participating in requirement analysis - Providing technical support as an expert - Preparing and maintaining code for various .Net applications and resolving any system defects - Investigating and developing skills in new technologies.
