Jr. Management Analyst
Overview;
Softtek Government Solutions is in search of a Jr. Management Analyst that will provide all labor, materials, and supervision to provide professional staffing support services for the federal government.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Management Analyst to join our team.
This position will be full-time and onsite (Washington, DC).
Required Tasks
Tasks associated with support include but are not limited to :
Review, analyze, and document procedures and operating policies.
Works with Divisions and Teams to document processes, procedures, and operating policies.
Ensure operating policies are in compliance with ASPR policies, including 508 compliance.
Ensure procedures are published and maintained on all applicable platforms (Teams,
SharePoint, etc).
Provide evaluation and recommendations for effectively managing administrative operations of the OFM.
Review incoming administrative tasks for the OFM, break down task requirements to include suspense dates, and continuously follow up with tasked Divisions and Teams to ensure timely completion and closeout of the tasking.
Review correspondence for formatting and grammatical accuracy. Routes the correspondence for intended action and provides status and follow-up of the action.
Assist in the processing and document processes of Interagency Agreement (IAA) and Reimbursable Work Agreements (RWA) fund transfers on the applicable Government furnished platforms to include eRETA and G-Invoicing as well as corresponding forms.
Skills and Experience
The Jr. Management Analyst shall have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in relevant field (Life Sciences and / or Management and Business) and 2-4 years of experience . It is preferrable that the Jr. Management Analyst have demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, word, TEAMS, and SharePoint applications.
