We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JIRA Service Desk and Confluence Data Center Administrator to provide remote administration services for our JIRA Service Desk and Confluence Data Center platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing, customizing, and optimizing these platforms to support our organization's service management processes, ensuring system performance, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for JIRA Service Desk and Confluence Data Center platforms.
- Manage user accounts, project configurations, and workflow customizations.
- Perform regular updates, patch management, and general system maintenance.
- Resolve user issues related to access, permissions, and usage of JIRA and Confluence.
- Offer training and create documentation to enhance user understanding and effective platform usage.
- Customize JIRA Service Desk and Confluence to align with organizational service management processes.
- Implement performance optimization strategies and recommend system improvements.
- Integrate JIRA Service Desk and Confluence with other organizational tools to streamline workflows.
- Develop automation rules to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure JIRA and Confluence platforms comply with organizational security policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Implement security measures to protect platform data and maintain system integrity.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into service desk performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize service delivery.
