- This position is for QC Micro Lab
- May be trained in other labs also so would like candidate to be flexible.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Micro Lab or some lab experience (can be Quality control). Might be open to experience during school if a new graduate for the right candidate.
- Prefer to have previous experience in Quality Control also.
- Equipment maintenance, calibration process, managing inventory would also be helpful.
Interview Process – 1 onsite interview, 90 minutes (30 min with 3 different interviewers)

Job Summary :
The Operations Test Associate candidate will be responsible for understanding and executing testing on multiple assay platforms in a cGMP environment to ensure timely release of products, Environmental Monitoring (EM), Bioburden testing, Growth Promotion, Bacterial and Fungal IDs. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining laboratory instruments, equipment and processes and supporting continuous improvement programs.
