What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound Customer Care Advocate position at Software Guidance and Assistance, Inc.?
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Outbound Customer Care Advocate for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance clients in Warwick, RI.
Responsibilities :
- Initiate a callout to potential accountholders that are eligible for a Total Control Account (TCA). TCA's are financial accounts, that are similar to checking / saving accounts, and are interest bearing.
- Clearly educate the caller on the benefits of a Total Control Account and answer any questions or address any concerns the accountholder may have
- Explain option available to access their funds
- Offer to order a Visa Debit Card for the account
