Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Payroll Coordinator for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Chicago, IL .
Responsibilities :
- ssists supervisors and employees regarding applicable policies and procedures of the firm including payroll procedures, wage deductions, and expense reimbursements.
- Research and analyze expense reimbursements for accurate and timely processing of payment.
- Gathers information upon request for various payroll and expense requests.
- Provide appropriate information and direction to employees as needed.
- Ensures excellent customer service standards are followed and provided to internal and external customers.
- Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers.
- Submit weekly tax files to ADP
- Responsible for verifying that all quarterly and annual payments to the Internal Revenue Service and other state and local taxing authorities are paid timely and accurately and that all appropriate filings have been made with these authorities
- Maintain employee labor distribution set up and requests including the processing of historical retro allocations.
- Other duties as assigned.
