Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Procurement Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Brisbane, CA. (100% REMOTE WORK IS PERMITTED). Onsite interview required, local candidates only.
6.5 month contract
Responsibilities :
- Perform basic research and analysis via outreach to vendors to gather data to create vendor profile. Maintain data gather in Excel or MS Word and conduct basic analysis by creating Excel workbooks, pivot tables, etc.
- When appropriate and with supervision, conduct initial pricing / contract analysis to determine if we can lower price and improve terms. Develop advanced spreadsheets and other documentation to support analysis
- Assists in operational implementation of new vendors and program changes impacting vendor services (e.g. Set up new Vendor Accounts in ERP system when needed)
- Maintains administrative documents for assigned vendors utilizing MS Word, Excel or ERP system.
