Seeking a dynamic and strategic Research Administrator Manager to champion innovative research, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an inclusive, high-performing research community. This pivotal leadership role supports the college's mission of enhancing the quality and quantity of research and scholarship while aligning with the University's diversity and inclusion goals.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Vice Dean for Research to oversee research administration operations.
- Develop and implement research policies and data strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to investigators and staff on funding strategies and regulatory compliance.
- Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with internal and external research standards.
- Partner with college leadership to establish innovative research strategies that promote excellence.
