Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Software Developer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA . This role will be fully onsite.
Responsibilities :
- Build and Maintain Java libraries
- Employing deep knowledge of cloud application stack, performance and availability optimizations, and security best practices
- Designing and building frameworks and platforms for development of new features and services
- Writing high-performance, reliable, maintainable code whether implementing architectural improvements and new features, or fixing bugs
- Driving the design and implementation of our service architecture in a cloud environment
- Ensuring strong security and compliance practices in data handling and distribution
- Embracing a highly collaborative and effective team that requires strong communication and high-quality contributions
- Working with industry leaders defining future services and infrastructure
- ctively participating in code and design reviews
- Collaborating closely with our parent team which deploys company-wide software and infrastructure technology, promoting containerization, clusterization, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) and
- Collectively creating tools, processes, and workflows that connect and empower hundreds of internal development teams.
