Responsibilities :
- Improve the operations and processes around aligning with Technology and LOB requests coming into Enterprise Security
- Provide technical expertise and analysis to the enterprise
- Track and understand status of all requests
- Project management some of the larger more complex, lengthy work
- Evaluate current processes, gather insights, recommend changes, identify needs, analyze data, model/design processes, create specification/procedures, simplify technical complexities
- Develop and implement solutions to complex problems, such as system administration issues, network concerns, and application problems
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience in infrastructure, software, and cyber security
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, project managers, and external vendor
- CISA preferred
