You are a key partner to Customer Experience, Sales and Pricing Ops. Success in this position requires operational excellence with strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, superior organization skills and foundational understanding of sales processes and tools. The individual should collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, drive all communications and be the conduit with partner teams.

Responsibilities :
- Ensure tight handoff with partners
- Send quarterly and monthly updates to stakeholders on launch roadmaps Help campaign managers to create cheat sheets if needed
- Manage all requests and escalations through Jira
- Track and triage
- Create weekly report with insights
- Monthly reporting on customer support cases
- Monthly reporting on volume x topic with drill down to region Bring relevant insights to Genuine and solution proposals
- Manage all Pricing Operations such as requests and updates and ensuring that all documentation is kept up to date and accurate Perform reviews and make improvements to program wikis/documentation to ensure hygiene and ease of consumption
- 3-5 years of experience in an Business Operations role
- Must have experience in Jira and Wiki; familiarity with Customer One and other support tools is a plus High attention to detail and superior organization skills applied to document/site maintenance
- Experience independently managing small-size projects
- Able to remain highly organized in a loosely structured, fast-paced environment
- Clear, effective communicator
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously
