Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Risk Management Consultant for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in a Remote Position.
Position is Part time. Could work 4 hours five days a week, or could work 2-3 days to get the full 20 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Global Lead Operational Risk Consultants in supporting our Global Customer Service and Operations (GCSO) partners in documenting, managing and closing Self-Identified Issues (SII) and Risk Events in accordance with the Policy Standard.
- Lead/Support risk event & issues management process regionally.
- Support risk activities regionally and apply a continuous improvement mindset while instilling an experimentation and agile approach.
- Support and communicate department strategy/vision effectively to business partners.
- Coordinate and collaborate, while building strong relationships, with Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, Customer Service & Operations regional partners, IT and other GTO partners, and others as appropriate.
- Experience in risk management/issue management (RCSA)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to shift priorities and manage priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies
- Fluency in a secondary language, Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
