Responsibilities :
- Ensure that test strategy and planning is End to End from the (external) client through operations to a vendor to complete processes/use cases.
- Monitor and influence across the business, technology and internal vendors.
- Lead 3 rd party vendors for an enterprise implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues.
- Ability to comprehend business requirements and specification documents.
- Experience in defining \ implementing testing strategies and methodologies.
- Capable of building and managing a team intelligently consisting of automation testers, manual testers, and testing professionals.
- Experience in setting standards and guidelines on the choice of automation tools.
