Experience Creating Comprehensive Test Strategies

BANK REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (KNOWLEDGE OF 1071)

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that test strategy and planning is End to End from the (external) client through operations to a vendor to complete processes/use cases.
• Monitor and influence across the business, technology and internal vendors.
• Lead 3 rd party vendors for an enterprise implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues.
• Ability to comprehend business requirements and specification documents.
• Experience in defining \ implementing testing strategies and methodologies.
• Capable of building and managing a team intelligently consisting of automation testers, manual testers, and testing professionals.
• Experience in setting standards and guidelines on the choice of automation tools.
• Minimum 8 years formal experience.
• Strong test leadership background.
• Minimum 4 years of previous test manager experience.
• Experience utilizing test case management tools (Qtest).
• Experience in tracking testing metrics and reporting.
