Asset Inventory Systems Engineer - Mainframe

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Asset Inventory Systems Engineer - Mainframe for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Alpharetta, GA. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Managing automation of asset data for End of Life MRA projects.

Required Skills:

• Expert at using TAD/Z and keeping the data current
• IBM asset discovery software
• Proficient in REXX
• Facing off with vendors to discover EOS/EOM/EOL and keeping our inventory current
• Creating proactive alerts to give us a year in advance notice of EOS
• Conversant with mainframe ISVs
• Experience with Project Management and Agile preferred
• Data analysis and manipulation
• Flexera software
