Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Asset Management Associate for a FULL TIME assignment with one of our premier Non-Profit clients in Washington, DC.
Onsite in DC 5 days/week (M-F 9-5)
Parking & Transpotation expenses covered.

Responsibilities :
- Tenant and Partner Engagement: Meet with tenants and partners to collect data, investigate issues, and resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, usage activities, permits, and operational expenses related to asset management.
- Market and Vendor Research: Conduct research on local vendors, partners, and real estate opportunities to support company projects.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Asset Management team, ensuring smooth project management and execution.
- Inquiries and Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from tenants, vendors, and partners, ensuring clear and professional communication in both Korean and English.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in a business environment.
- Proficiency in Korean and English, with native-level fluency in both languages (business professional proficiency required).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Exceptional writing, briefing, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in asset management, real estate, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Hancom Office Suite and other real estate management software is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year preferred).
