The Business Systems Analyst will support, configure, administer, and maintain financial management systems, with a focus on providing basic support for applications like JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and the Customer Information System (CIS). This includes user provisioning, access management, account creation, and basic-level break/fix support, as well as optimizing system performance and supporting business processes.
Key Responsibilities

Provide tier one/basic support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, CIS, and other financial systems, including user provisioning, access management, account creation, and minimal brake/fix.

Assist with financial systems upgrades, data quality, security, and user training along with CIS systems maintenance.

Train users on system functionality, document procedures, and ensure internal controls compliance (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley).

Conduct system backups, disaster recovery, and assist in system optimizations and ad-hoc analyses.

Ensure seamless integration and functionality of financial systems.

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong analytical and technical aptitude for financial management systems, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, PowerPlan, Transform AP, and Hubble.

Understanding of financial systems, business requirements, and accounting principles.

Experience with system administration, user management, and security configurations.

Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written manner in a cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional environment.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field OR 1 year working with Oracle Financials, EPM FCCS, or EDM Cloud.

2-3 years of experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial applications, PowerPlan, Transform AP, and Hubble preferred.

Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, system upgrades, data validation, and user training.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, system documentation, and basic report generation.

Ability to manage and import data into spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Familiarity with network and PC operating systems.
