Engineering Specialist

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Design Engineer for an opportunity with one of our premier clients in Ogen, UT.

Responsibilities: Design Engineer is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and models using AutoCAD software. They collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design concepts and ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines

CAD Package: Siemens NX & AutoCAD. NX is the primary 3D modelling and drafting software. AutoCAD is used on a more limited basis for electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Both connect to Teamcenter as PLM for data storage.

Contractor Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with Siemens NX, AutoCAD or equivalent
• U.S. persons
• Experience with ECCN parts classification (export control)
• Experience adequate to make minor alternations to designs
• Preference for on site in Ogden, UT, but able to consider virtual or based at other client locations
