Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Enterprise Architect for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Leading key architectural projects of firm-wide significance.
- Driving the Enterprise and cross-Domain Architecture vision and strategy.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders locally in New York and more broadly.
- Driving the long-term evolution of the IT estate in support of the high-level business strategy.
- Governance and oversight of architecture activities.
- Championing the adoption of architecture practices.
- Architecture thought leadership.
- Fostering Architecture community across the Firm and Divisions.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from an accredited university.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large technology organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture models such as TOGAF.
- Strategic thinker; able to structure and deliver on complex multi-year programmes.
- Experience working and influencing the designs of senior architects and senior technology leaders.
- Experience with large-scale architecture transformation projects, e.g. integration of acquisitions, Cloud migration, geographic migrations, modernization initiatives.
- Hands-on experience architecting technology solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
- Experience with cybersecurity, resilience and/or GenAI desirable.
