Identity Access Management Metrics/KPI/KRI Lead

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Identity Access Management Metrics/KPI/KRI Lead for a contract/right to hire/direct placement assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients in Raleigh, NC. This role will be remote.

Responsibilities :

• Individual will be part of the larger Identity Access Management (IAM) department within the larger IT Security space. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing the full suite of IAM metrics, KPIs and KRIs to present to Senior Leadership. Individual should have hands on experience working in this space, and very comfortable and capable reporting to Senior leadership. We are seeking someone who is both comfortable and capable of working independently, not requiring daily direction; can take the overall task, own it, and deliver comprehensive results.
• Bring your knowledge and skill to build out the IAM Metrics, KPI and KRI program. Build automation wherever possible to pull the data and create dashboards and other reporting. Understand the deliver on the need of more details and robust reporting for IAM leaders (internally), and difference to executive level dashboard and reporting to be presented outside of IAM org. Automation is the name of the game, we do not want to see this created manually every week, although some manual work may be needed initially. The goal should be to build out more automation over time to be able to run real time reporting as needed. Power BI is a must.
• This person will also work in a dotted line fashion with the Information Security Metrics/KPI team to ensure the are receiving the expected data from IAM at the right intervals, in a complete and accurate manner.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years experience
• Power BI
• Microsoft Excel - at least intermediate level user
• Working experience designing and maintaining metrics, KPIs, KRIs within IT Security
• Working experience and comfort presenting to Executive Leadership
• Preferred Skills - doing all of the above for Identity Access Management specifically would be a major bonus
